Equipping the recovered for life after addiction
- Fayette, Alabama -
The Lord will guide you always;
He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.
Isaiah 58:11 (NIV)
Restoration Springs is our next step/transitional living facility located in beautiful Fayette, Alabama. We are a peer-led program that provides workforce development training, vocational growth opportunities, transportation, and recovery small groups, all in a Christ-centered atmosphere. Our program offers these services and more for up to 18-months and is designed around each individual participant’s needs.
- Peer Services- provide support and assistance by individuals with lived experiences or characteristics similar to those they are helping. These services leverage the shared experiences of peers to foster understanding, trust, and empathy. Peer services can include mentoring, counseling, advocacy, and group support and are often seen as a compliment to professional services, providing unique insights and encouragement.
- Workforce Development- is a crucial aspect of our program, encompassing strategies, programs, and initiatives aimed at enhancing individuals' skills, knowledge, and capabilities to meet the labor market's needs. It's about more than just finding a job; it's about preparing individuals for employment, improving their job-related skills, and supporting their ongoing career growth and advancement.
- Trauma Informed Care- our team is constantly staying informed and attending trainings to provide trauma-informed services and programming. We also utilize trauma-informed, dignified drug testing by partnering with Clearlee (Clearlee.com)
- Vocation Growth Opportunities- aim to support individuals in achieving career advancement, higher earning potential, and personal satisfaction in their professional lives.
- Transportation- is one of the prominent barriers to those in early recovery and the workforce in rural counties. Restoration Springs provides all needed transportation to work, appointments, and weekly shopping needs within the Fayette community for our participants.
- Recovery Meetings and Faith Infused Small Groups- are utilized to provide individuals with multiple layers of support experiences. Our participants attend weekly Celebrate Recovery meetings. We utilize varying Christ-centered curriculums in a setting that promotes sharing experiences and learning together.
- Monthly Life Plan Conversations- each participant has a monthly conversation with our program director. During these conversations, the participant identifies goals, discusses recovery barriers, talks about future home plans, and engages in spiritual enrichment topics.
A note from the CEO
Grateful is the first word that comes to mind upon reflecting on this journey. When we started the Will Bright Foundation, we knew what we “wanted” to accomplish, but to see it become a “reality” has been truly amazing! God has turned our pain into his purpose through your prayers and the dedicated work of our financial supporters, workforce development partners, volunteers, and board members. We are truly breaking the barriers to recovery from an addiction.
Did you know most men coming out of a recovery program have no money, no job, no place to live, no driver’s license, and possibly pending legal issues, AND are trying to stay sober? We realize that this “next step” is critical not only to their sobriety, but possibly to their life. Our men are experiencing the benefits of having a safe place to live, workforce development training, employment opportunities, and help with pending legal issues through our facility, Restoration Springs. A place dedicated to helping bridge the gap between the bubble of recovery and taking that next step in their walk of sobriety.
Of course, none of this would be possible without YOU! We Thank You for your continued prayers and support!
Blessings,
Founder, Mother, and CEO

How We Started
Once we knew that we wanted to serve those that struggle with addiction with their “next step” we started looking for a place to launch. After many months of searching, the Lord opened the door to a beautiful 127 acre piece of property located in Fayette, Alabama. Through the donation of this property and out of the kindness and generosity of Mrs. Lillian Kirkley, Restoration Springs was born.
The town of Fayette has proven to be the perfect place to open our first next step/transitional living facility.

Answered Prayers!
Through the immense kindness of Mrs. Lillian Kirkley, we have a permanent location! She generously donated her 126 acre farm in Fayette, Alabama, which features three cabins, a stocked fish pond, and a picnic pavilion.
The town of Fayette has, also, been very supportive of our goal. With the support of the city, we have assistance in job training and arranging jobs for our residents! After three years of searching for the right location, we are so excited to have a permanent home for the Will Bright Foundation!
The possibilities are endless!
