With that said, we are pleased to announce that the Non-Opioids Prevent Addiction in the Nation (NOPAIN) Actwas reintroduced on March 4th in the Senate by Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV), Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), Joe Manchin (D-WV), and Rob Portman (R-OH) This bipartisan legislation, which was first introduced last Congress, is designed to increase patient and provider access to non-opioid approaches for acute pain management.
